Kings Cove Club Limited continues to provide an increasing array of services and functions to the benefit of all of its shareholders. These include, but are not limited to, the following important attributes independent of the golf component:

• enhanced value and amenity provided to Kings Cove properties by the high
  quality presentation of the golf course and surrounds;
• preservation of shareholder value within the Club’s land and buildings through first class maintenance and presentation;
• social events and functions in the clubhouse;
• access to the new Fitness Centre;
• discounts at the bar and in the golf pro-shop;
• free wi-fi access within the clubhouse; and
• the sense of community and belonging available to all shareholders.

The share is issued by Kings Cove Club upon settlement of the sale of land between North Course Pty Ltd (Vendor) and the purchaser. The share is not attached to the land and is therefore issued in the purchaser’s name at the time of settlement.

The ownership of (1) share provides that owner with the obligation to nominate two (2) members to Kings Cove Club Limited, as the persons to enjoy the membership benefits that are available upon payment of the annual membership fees. The current 2017/18 membership fee is $725 (including GST) per membership.
